Tasting notes

Nose

Sandalwood, ripe orchard fruit, and a quiet incense note from the Mizunara.

Palate

Soft at first, then sweet fruit against a gentle bitterness and fine-grained oak.

Finish

Long, slightly smoky, and scented like a wood box that has been closed for years.
